We strive to be a pet friendly community at Isabella at Norman Apartments.  We do have to keep the safety of our residents and dog residents in mind and adhere to our Insurance policy guidelines.  Our policies have been created around these guidelines.

$200 non-refundable pet fee per pet

$15/month pet rent per pet

Weight limit of 35 lbs full grown

Restrictions: Dogs considered to have aggressive tendencies: German Shepherd, Anatolian Shepherd, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Bull Dog, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Bull-mastiff, Akita, Chow Chow, Wolf-Dogs and Wolf Hybrids, Doberman (full), Airedale and Husky. Additionally, mixed breeds of these dogs are also restricted. This list should not be considered all inclusive. Please remember some breeds have nicknames and most have variations of their breed.

All animals shall be maintained and properly licensed and inoculated as required by local, county or state statute, ordinance or health code. All animals must be spayed or neutered and over one year of age. You must supply the office with certification from the pet’s veterinarian to verify the animal’s age, breed, weight, vaccination and sterilization.

Pets of vicious or dangerous disposition shall not be permitted. Any animal duly determined to be a nuisance or threat under state or local law will immediately be required to be removed from the premises.

All Dogs must be kept on a leash while on the property.  They may be off leash while in the dog park. Please remove the leash while in the entry area of the dog park.  

Dogs cannot be leashed or tethered to the building, porches etc.

You are required to pick up after your dog.  It is extremely inconsiderate and unkind to your neighbors and our maintenance team to have to pick up after you. Let's help keep our community clean!
